Weddings and Events at Trelowarren

The Library, the Drawing Room, the Hall & Staircase, and the beautiful Chapel, along with the Stable Event Space, are available to hire for elopements, mid-week, and weekend weddings .

Step aside from the stresses of the everyday world and step into your magical Wedding at Trelowarren. This lovely house, set in 1000 acres of Cornish countryside near the Helford River, has been the home of the Vyvyan family for over 600 years and was the romantic setting of Daphne Du Maurier’s Frenchman’s Creek.

Trelowarren is also the perfect setting for all other family occasions. A birthday tea in the library, or the drawing Room; a private dinner – drinks on the lawn and coffee afterwards in the library in front of the fire; a wedding anniversary for ten, or one hundred and twenty; and in the peaceful and lovely Chapel, a naming ceremony, or a life celebration.

Ceremony

We have a Wedding License to hold Civil Marriage Ceremonies in the Drawing Room, the Library and the Hall – and the beautiful Gothic Chapel is perfect for a wedding celebration.*
