Downstairs. The ground floor is open plan, a bright and spacious living, dining and kitchen area.
With understated decor, the high ceilings, wooden beams, and under floor heating all contribute to the make the house both cosy and modern. The living area has a Scan wood burner, stereo, smart TV, and DVD.
Upstairs. There are three double bedrooms, the master bedroom is en suite and the remaining two share a family bathroom.
There is a lawn garden to the front of the house and a beautiful patio garden terrace to the rear, excellent for enjoying the sun and for BBQ’s in the evening.
