Downstairs. There is an open plan living area comprising of the kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, dining table and a lounge areas with a period fireplace, fitted with a woodburner to keep you cosy in the winter, and supplements the electric heating system. A separate utility room with washing machine and cloakroom. The master bedroom is downstairs and has an en suite bathroom with a step in shower. The house has a smart TV and the download speed in the Halliggye hamlet is between 1.5mbps and 1.9mbps.
Upstairs. There are two bedrooms – a large double bedroom with en suite shower/bath and a second double bedroom with en suite shower. The rooms upstairs can be made up as twins or doubles.
Outside. There is a large garden with fruit trees, trellises and lawns. Outdoor dining furniture ensures you can enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets on Trelowarren.
