Yoga is not just a form of exercise that keeps the body fit and healthy but a way to balance and harmonize body, breath and spirit. We offer a weekly group class open to residents and non-residents alike or why not contact us to book a private session suited to your requirements. We also host annual yoga retreats, see below or contact us for more details.
Wednesday at 9.30am (Hatha with Fo) runs year round. In the school holidays starting Friday 28th July, we will have a Monday morning class 9.30am (gentle yoga) and Friday morning 9.30am (vinyasa yoga) with Keren.
£8 per person. Bookings essential.
Our regular yoga session is now on a Wednesday at 9.30am. We also often have extra sessions during school holidays, Monday and Friday at 9.30am. Don’t forget to book in advance!
